Low Float Squeeze Candidates
Desk note / squeeze scanner
SDEV is the only live tape. The rest is inventory.
Levels, percentage returns, and hit probabilities for the squeeze-scanner names as of the Friday, September 25, 2026 close. Weekend mark. No Monday tape yet.

The read, compressed
The original scanner mixed two different things: short inventory and a live squeeze. Inventory is high short interest on a small float. A setup is inventory plus abnormal volume plus a price trigger. That is why SDEV was the only name that mattered on Friday and why VEEA’s huge displayed SI did not.
HIGH_SI + LOW_FLOAT + RVOL >= 3 + PRICE_BREAKOUT = SQUEEZE_ACTIVE. High SI with 0.1× volume stays armed or dormant. It does not get an entry table until the tape changes.
State board at Friday’s close
| Ticker | State | Last | Friday range | Scanner float / SI / RVOL | What was actually confirmed | Chart |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SDEV | Ignition | $1.49 | $1.40 – $1.83 | 1.8M / 68% / 11.5× | Volume is real (~13.8M vs ~1.2–1.5M ADV). Official SI is not 68%. Shares short ~1.18–1.21M vs 50.6M outstanding. Treat SI% as disputed. | TV |
| NFE | Continuation / bounce | $6.82 | $6.08 – $6.84 | 3.6M / 22% / 3.0× | ~3× volume and +12% off a crash low. Still a waterfall from the mid-teens. Not a classic microfloat squeeze. | TV |
| WKHS | Armed / no trigger | ~$2.91 | recent $2.82 – $3.18 | 2.6M / 37% / 9.2× | Recent sessions were ~60–100k shares. Borrow is tight; tape is not. No entry until RVOL ≥ 3. | TV |
| VEEA | Armed | ~$3.08 | — | 1.6M / 77% / 0.1× | Theoretical squeeze only. SI sources disagree (Yahoo ~65% of a 1.52M float vs other feeds much lower). | TV |
| TNON | Dormant | — | — | 900K / 60% / 0.3× | Official SI nearer 149k / ~1.5% of float. Scanner 60% is not usable. | TV |
| FRMM | Armed / no tape | — | — | 4.6M / 47% / 0.3× | High SI, no participation. | TV |
| MEDS | Dormant | — | — | 1.5M / 28% / 0.1× | No table. No volume, no trigger. | TV |
| XPON | Dormant | — | — | 720K / 23% / 0.0× | No table. No volume, no trigger. | TV |
SDEV levels
SDEV on TradingView — Stablecoin Development Corp, NYSE American. Friday opened $1.58, printed $1.83, flushed to $1.40, and closed $1.49 on about 13.8 million shares. That is ignition with a failed hold of the high. $1.49 is not a free dip.
Nearby map: support $1.40, $1.29, $1.13, $0.94. Resistance $1.58, $1.83, then $2.00 / $2.20. If Monday cannot hold $1.40 on real volume, the long ladders below are dead for this swing.
| Setup | Entry | Stop | Stop return | Exit 1 | E1 return | Exit 2 | E2 return | Exit 3 | E3 return | Hit E1 before stop | Hit E2 | Hit E3 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dip hold | $1.36–$1.40 (use $1.38) | $1.27 | −8% | $1.58 | +14% | $1.83 | +33% | $2.00 | +45% | 45% | 25% | 12% |
| Reclaim Friday open | $1.58–$1.62 (use $1.60) | $1.39 | −13% | $1.83 | +14% | $2.00 | +25% | $2.20 | +38% | 40% | 22% | 10% |
| Chase Friday close | $1.49 | $1.27 | −15% | $1.83 | +23% | $2.00 | +34% | $2.20 | +48% | 30% | 15% | 8% |
| Fail / fade from close | $1.49 | — | — | $1.29 | −13% | $1.13 | −24% | $0.94 | −37% | 35% to $1.29 | 20% to $1.13 | 10% to $0.94 |
Best location, if volume returns, is the dip-hold. Worst is chasing the close after a rejection of $1.83. If Monday RVOL drops under ~2×, the fade row is the base case.
NFE levels
NFE on TradingView — New Fortress Energy. This is a bounce inside a waterfall, not a squeeze coil. The stock fell from the mid-teens toward $5.81 in roughly two weeks, then bounced +11.8% to $6.82 on Friday. Continuation of the decline is still the prior.
| Setup | Entry | Stop | Stop return | Exit 1 | E1 return | Exit 2 | E2 return | Exit 3 | E3 return | Hit E1 before stop | Hit E2 | Hit E3 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bounce scalp | $6.10–$6.40 (use $6.25) | $5.70 | −9% | $7.50 | +20% | $8.15 | +30% | $10.80 | +73% | 35% | 20% | 8% |
| Chase Friday close | $6.82 | $5.70 | −16% | $8.15 | +20% | $10.80 | +58% | $12.20 | +79% | 25% | 10% | 4% |
| Breakdown from close | $6.82 | — | — | $5.81 | −15% | $5.00 | −27% | — | — | 40% to $5.81 | 25% through $5.80 | — |
WKHS levels
WKHS on TradingView — Workhorse Group. Last area $2.91–$3.02. The interesting fact is borrow (~27% fee, thin availability), not the scanner’s 37% SI or a claimed 9.2× RVOL on a quiet week. Average volume recently has been about 60–100k. Tight borrow without volume is not an entry.
| Setup | Entry | Stop | Stop return | Exit 1 | E1 return | Exit 2 | E2 return | Hit E1 | Condition |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Only if volume returns | $3.15–$3.25 (use $3.20) | $2.80 | −13% | $3.56 | +11% | $4.05 | +27% | 30% if trigger fires | Requires RVOL ≥ 3. No trigger now → skip. |
| Range fade | $2.91 | — | — | $2.82 | −3% | — | — | 50% back to range low | Default path while volume stays dead. |
Armed names: no entry until volume
VEEA, TNON, and FRMM stay off the trade blotter until relative volume is at least 3× and price holds above the trigger-day hig
